Accemic’s new in-circuit emulator solution combines expensive functionality with lowest volume.

In comparison to other solutions available on the market, the topICE FR emulator provides a faster DSU4 interface communication speed and a significantly smaller footprint. The topICE FR emulator can either be plugged directly onto the EMA-MB91V460A-00x system, or it can be operated on the standard DSU4 connector as a stand-alone solution. 

When the topICE FR emulator is plugged onto the EMA-MB91V460A-00x, a 1M x 32 emulation memory is accessible. In this memory region all data access can be logged. Further, a non-intrusive real-time tuning function is available.

The depth of the trace buffer is 16M frames. It supports all common emulator functions such as profiling, performance analysis and event trigger.

Optionally, the topICE FR emulator provides extensive code coverage functions over arbitrary periods. The executed instructions will be determined by monitoring the emulation memory or by real-time interpretation of DSU4 protocol.

In combination with the high speed operation, the topICE FR emulator provides industries with the most sophisticated code coverage solution.
